Prodigal was so professional and thorough! He discovered a problem that a previous inspector neglected, and the problem can finally be eliminated! He only charged $88 for the call, when a previous electrician charged $69 for the call and also wanted $595 for a diagnostic inspection! I would definitely recommend Prodigal for electrical needs!!

I had a great experience working with this company from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge an $88 Dispatch/ Service call fee, which includes sending a licensed tech for either a quote or a diagnostic of any issue. If you choose to proceed with the Repair/Upgrade option, the fee is included in the Repair/Upgrade. We do not give free estimates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical routine working with customers is as follows. We answer customers Inquiry whether through phone call or messaging, From there we schedule a time that works for both parties. Once we arrive we make our introductions with the customer and hear their main concerns and issues. We diagnose the issue or view the work needed to be done and present different options for Repairs/ Upgrades Letting the customer shop for themselves. We push any Hard upsells and we only recommend the best option in each case and lay out the facts to the Customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are licensed and insured as per the state of Texas compliance codes.
