- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size, scope and schedule of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather preliminary information from client such as project goals, expected schedule and budget. Once we have this information we develop a proposal which includes: scope, cost and schedule. If the customer accepts the proposal we proceed with working on project. Depending on the magnitude of the project we may take periodic payments throughout the process or wait until the end to obtain payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Engineer of Record holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and maintains an active professional engineering license by completing continuing education each year. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in design, construction, inspection, and project management.
