Lance has been great to work with. He was actually working for another company and he left and started his own company. I was really happy to go directly with him as he seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the things that we wanted to get done. Recently, we had a road issue and I called Lance about it. He was very responsive. He came home and put some rodent traps to help capture the mice.
