Carleen is amazing! She came out to my house to help me organize my office and it looks so much better in here now. When our first organization session was completed I cried multiple times at how much better it felt in my office. I was hoping it would be good but I did not know it was going to be THAT good. My office is so much more manageable and the desk doesn't clutter up how it use to. I have two more sessions and I'll update this review with photos once it's all done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 Consultation Fee can be applied towards your 3 session package when booked within 30 days. Package payment is made in advance when booking your session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick call with owner, schedule consultation. Review areas you'd like to work on and services we can provide, decide on organizer based on availability and specialty. Purchase package and book planning meeting. At planning meeting fully prepare for first session by mapping out session and making list of supplies to order for the session (not included). Complete first session!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started the business in 2020. Prior to starting WSMO, Carleen worked in the corporate world for 7 years as a director and while staying at home with her 2 children owned her own photography business for 13 years. She now combines her analytical and creative skills to organize locally and works with clients throughout the world to organize on their own through virtual coaching.
