Customers should know that my pricing is designed to be fair, transparent, and reflective of the personalized service and attention each client receives. Because every client has different career goals, experience levels, and service needs, pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the project, turnaround time, and the specific services requested. I offer a variety of services including resume writing, resume updates, cover letters, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview coaching, and career coaching packages. Clients can choose individual services or bundled packages based on their needs and budget. I also believe professional career support should be accessible, so I may offer discounts for students, recent graduates, returning clients, military veterans, or bundled services when applicable. Any pricing, fees, or turnaround expectations are discussed upfront before work begins so there are no hidden costs or surprises. My goal is to provide high-quality, results-driven services that give clients confidence and value while helping them invest in their long-term career success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with a one-on-one consultation to understand the client’s career goals, work history, target industries, and any challenges they may be facing in their job search. During this stage, I review their current resume, discuss their accomplishments, strengths, and future career objectives. Next, I develop a customized strategy tailored to their needs. This may include creating or redesigning a professional resume, optimizing their LinkedIn profile, preparing cover letters, and providing career coaching guidance for interviews, networking, and job search strategies. Once the first draft is completed, I collaborate closely with the client to ensure the final documents accurately reflect their experience, achievements, and personal brand. I also provide revisions and feedback to make sure they feel confident and fully prepared to pursue new career opportunities. My goal is to provide each client with personalized, results-driven support that helps them stand out in today’s competitive job market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes extensive experience in professional resume writing, career development, and job search strategy. I have developed expertise through hands-on work assisting clients from various industries with resume optimization, interview preparation, LinkedIn branding, and career coaching. I hold a Bachelor’s degree and have also completed the majority of the coursework toward my MBA, with approximately 50% of my graduate credits focused in Human Resources. This educational background has provided me with strong knowledge in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, organizational leadership, and professional communication — all of which directly support the work I do in resume writing and career coaching. In addition to my education and practical experience, I continuously stay updated on current hiring trends, applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting practices, and modern resume standards to ensure clients receive competitive and effective career documents. Through ongoing professional development and real-world client success, I have built the skills necessary to help individuals effectively market themselves, increase interview opportunities, and achieve their career goals.
