- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We use Xactimate estimating software. It is the industry standard in construction estimating and is used by almost every insurance company to adjust their losses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a thorough inspection to determine the source of the issue our client has with their roof system. We then offer options to repair or replace based on our assessment. If warranted, we will recommend our client contact their insurance carrier to file a claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First of all, I was trained as an insurance adjuster and thoroughly learned to assess all types of roof systems. I am also HAAG certified.
