Update. Second unit out of three units just went down today after two years of use. They seem to install the very cheapest equipment. Be careful of this company.

So originally they gave us a time frame of 8-11am, they showed up a little after 2pm…We had to reach out to them to see what the status was. But the picture says it all. We made a phone call after the service to let them know of the situation. Their response was “well if the unit isn’t damaged we’re good then right”…There was also another incident where the guy was balling up some trash and throwing it over our fence to where some of the construction is going on behind us…My fiancé told him not to do that and if he has trash he can easily put it in the trash can that was literally a few feet away from him…
