- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several pricing packages. However, our most popular is our $15,000 kitchen renovation package. With this package you will receive up to 30 shaker style cabinets with knobs or pulls, 60 square feet of Level 1 to 3 countertops, up to 30 square feet of backsplash, new sink, new faucet, and new garbage disposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen first. This is your house and we are honored to have the privilege of coming into your home to provide you with a service. Once we understand your renovation needs, we can then begin the measurement and estimating process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started by buying older homes and renovating them to supply families with a safe place to rent. We then started flipping houses throughout the greater Houston area. After assisting many families and friends with their home renovations, we started SAE Renovations. We use the same team of employees for all of our jobs.
