I wish I could give this company ZERO stars.DO NOT CALL LUCAS FROM APPLIANCE REPAIR TODAY, HE CHARGED US FOR THE REPAIR AND HE DIDNT REPAIR THE FRIDGE!!!!!!!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! ONE DAY HE WENT TO THE HOUSE, WE PAYED HIM AND THE SECOND VISIT HE DID NOT SHOW, EVERY TIME HE HAD AN EXCUSE!!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Long story shortWe have a subzero refrigerator and we decide to contact APPLIANCE REPAIR TODAY, what a mistake! After collecting USD 2,200 as a deposit on September 21st, several calls and text messages later, he stood me up 3 times to have the fridge repaired. First the parts didnt come in time, second, the parts he received were wrong, and the third time he ended up in the ER. NONE of the 3 times, he had de courtesy to call and let me know he was not going to make it, so 3 days I took off from work for nothing. After a call I had with him while on the hospital, he promised me the work was going to be completed. I said if he didnt show up in time I was going to have the$2,200 charge disputed. He finally came to the house and completed the repair on October 10th, balance of USD$665 was paid. The next day, I noticed the upper cabinet of the fridge was not cooling properly, so I called him he came the next day and repaired the fridge. On October 20th I had to contact him as the upper cabinet was warm again, he told me most likely a baffle needed to be replaced. He told me he was going to order the part and on October 26th he confirmed parts arriving the next day and that we should go ahead and Schedule the install that was the last I heard from him. Doesnt return calls, voicemails or text messages (which I know he has received and read), I asked several people to try to contact him with different phones in fear he was just blocking my calls, no success. After throwing the towel with this guy, had to contact another repair company, this time an Authorized Service from SubZero in the Houston area. Came and looked at the work done by Lucas and surprise we payed again a lot of money to them, as EVERYTHING he did (LUCAS) needed to be reworked again !!Dont WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GUY AND LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HE DID NOT FINISH THE WORK. This guy needs to be out of business.Lucas, I am sure you will read this review. Please call us back, and return our money back.

Lucus did a fantastic job repairing our Samsung dryer. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining everything giving us a price before anything was done and giving us options. And to top it off he was so friendly with the best attitude and was on time!! Highly recommend him!

We offer diagnostics on all appliances and Sub Zero refrigerators at 59.95. We find the problem and then give you a quote. If you aggree to our estimate we then waive the diagnostic fee and complete the repair at which point you only pay for parts and labor.
