- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free from start to finish. 1. Share your event details Send us your event date, location, colors, theme, and the type of balloon décor you’re interested in (arch, garland, backdrop, etc.). 2. Design & quote We review your vision and recommend a design that fits your space and budget. You’ll receive a clear quote and design ideas. 3. Reserve your date Once approved, we secure your event date and finalize the details upon receipt of deposit. 4. Professional setup On the day of the event, we handle delivery and installation so everything looks polished and ready for your guests. 5. Enjoy your event You get a beautiful balloon installation that creates the perfect photo backdrop for your celebration. You can also view design examples and starting prices on our website, which helps many customers quickly decide what style they want for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed formal, hands-on balloon design training and continues to invest in professional education within the balloon décor industry. We regularly attend industry classes and workshops where we learn advanced techniques for organic balloon garlands, arches, specialty installations, and large event décor. We’re also educators in the industry. In addition to creating balloon installations for events, we teach others how to design professional balloon décor and share best practices with new decorators.
