Austin managed operations for my business for well over a year and was extremely efficient and took initiative to get things done. I had a relatively new computer that had multiple issues. For example, if I went for a cup of coffee and left my computer on, there was a chance that the cursor would lock up before I came back (10 minutes!), and I would need to perform a hard reboot and possibly lose some data.
Austin went into the computer, cleaned it up and and changed some settings, which corrected the problems. It would have taken me hours to figure it out, if at all, but Austin fixed it in minutes. He also came to my office; I didn't have to drop my computer off and be without it for a few days.
