On the recommendation of a close friend, I contacted BrightWire (BES) regarding an exterior GFCI protected circuit at my house that had failed. First, BES maintained the best communication I could imagine. Brian contacted me about timing, and arrived right on time. It winds up that the problem was....ME! Brian was very nice to me, despite my ignorance. He revised the GFCI installation that I had attempted, informing me as he went of what was needed. We were back in business in short order. Bryan and Blake are beyond awesome; corrected three tragically failed outlets. Replaced all three outlets. Gave us expert advice on a second query regarding upgrading amps to a kitchen island. Double checked our electrical panel (I asked for all of these services to be done and they were beautifully conducted by Bryan and Blake). And Bryan provided a big bonus in guiding us through connecting our Generac via WiFi/mobile app! We had no idea that that was a thing; but Bryan does and he helped us/texted us steps on connecting the Generac. Who knew? Bryan did. Professional. Smart. Punctual. Efficient. We were thrilled to find BrightWire!! Honestly look no where else but to this company. Great company. Great people. Extremely fair pricing. Thank you to BrightWire!
