Carrie came into a huge messy house and worked tirelessly to scrub, clean and redeem the mess. Seriously could not have done a better job on a home that had years worth of dust and grime. She had a great, professional attitude and takes her work very seriously. She is worth double what she charges!

Carrie was very professional and friendly. She did a thorough walk through of our home before she started cleaning so she knew exactly what we expected. Carrie brought all of her own equipment so we didn't have to worry about anything. She did a deep cleaning of every room, top to bottom. Carrie climbed on a step stool and cleaned the fans. She took down the lights and cleaned the fixtures. She performed magic on the shower - it's sparkly clean! Carrie is awesome. Our home looks and smells wonderful!

Carrie was amazing . She took great notes as to areas that we needed help. We had limited time, due to us having a showing come up, she worked very efficiently and tackled the tough areas we needed help with. Carrie did an excellent job cleaning my 4 bedroom home while I was in the hospital having a baby. I felt completely comfortable having her in my home while I was gone. She got stains out that I was told would never come out. Very impressed and grateful for Carrie's attention to detail and quick response setting up our day/time. I will be using her again!

I do not have a standard pricing system..because every house differs...each situation varies
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers are...just to name a few....See what the Client wants...Stop by if possible before doing a job to see what I'm working with....If the customer is home on the day of cleaning..I have them to do a walkthrough with me...If I'm told where to find a key.,I generally take before and after pictures to let them know that I am done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My level of Education comes from the way I was brought up on cleaning..If it wasnt done right the first time...it was redone until I got it right...My other training comes from being in mgt for over 17 years..
