- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system..because every house differs...each situation varies
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers are...just to name a few....See what the Client wants...Stop by if possible before doing a job to see what I'm working with....If the customer is home on the day of cleaning..I have them to do a walkthrough with me...If I'm told where to find a key.,I generally take before and after pictures to let them know that I am done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My level of Education comes from the way I was brought up on cleaning..If it wasnt done right the first time...it was redone until I got it right...My other training comes from being in mgt for over 17 years..
