FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know the renovating can be pricey, but it doesn't have to be outrageous. We wont nickel and dime you, and you Never have to expect hidden fees in the end. What we agree upon in the beginning, is what you can expect to pay in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a walk through of your Home to understand your wants and needs. Then we will we make suggestions on any other needs or repairs you may want to address. Remember, no hidden fees. Next, you can expect a free estimate that same day where everything will be itemized so you can see the exact break down of everything you're paying for. This will include a break down of the paint and material needed, so you know exactly how much your project will cost. A 30% deposit will be required, once the estimate is approved, plus the purchase of paint(if applicable). Finally, we will plan a date and time to begin the project and we will take it from there. And you can get back to your daily routine. Once the jobs complete, we will do a walk through to check for any issues or questions you may have before asking for the final payment. Note: The process for Interior and Architectural Design will differ, based on the designers requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
