As a Certified Personal Trainer, I provide over 20 years of experience in strength and fitness, from endurance and adventure sports, to HIIT and circuit training, and overall heath and wellness.
Using a variety of innovative and cutting edge methods, we set goals, identify muscular imbalances, health issues and teach you how mobility, flexibility and balance can improve fitness and reduce injuries. Utilizing multi-dimensional training consisting of functional movement, HIIT and metcon intervals to create supierior multi-joint movements that build muscle and melt fat - fast.

Our greatest gift is determination. ANYONE can have the body they want. Anyone can become strong and lose fat. All it takes is will and determination to change.
My career in fitness began with bodybuilding, progressing to strength and power training during my years playing high school and college football. I have since graduated to endurance sports, from marathons, Tough Mudders and Spartan Races, to mountaineering, having climbed three of the Seven Summits. Today, my focus is on educating others to achieve their goals, whether it be summiting Mt Everest, or losing those extra pounds.
