residential rates $50/hr w/$100 minimum. commercial rates $75/hr w/$225 minimum.

arriving on time meet & greet listening while we do brief walk thru of the space + scope offering my suggestions (if asked) propose my plan of completion execute the plan accordingly request verbal approval of work invoice + thank u
