These guys are great!! I previously had my house pressure washed, and it was horrible. The previous guy left streaks all over. 3rd costal responded to my urgency and made it look like I had a new paint job! The job was done in less than 20 mins. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They are HOA certified, so if you have any problems they come out and fix it at no additional charge. Their work is guaranteed.

3rs coast pressure washing did a fantastic job with my house, detached garage, and all my concrete patios and sidewalks!!! They cleaned some mold and mildew off my garage that i have been trying to get off for 10 years with a small electric pressure washer. Plus their price was incredibly LOW!!!!!!!!! I would give them a 10 if it went that high. TOP NOTCH!!! Plus I would pick all 5 of the items above if I could.

Third Coast pressure washing did a great job on our pool deck and several large pieces of flag stone on our lawn… They were quick and thorough… I expected this to take several hours and they were done in an hour to an hour and a half… Great workmanship!
