- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the Cheapest, However we do the work right and stand by our work with Pride.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone conversation to consider the Scope of the project, and possibility of an estimated price. If everything is agreeable we have a face to face discussion and samples to choose from and most paperwork is completed at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified Shingle Quality Specialist. (certification from certainteed)
