- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Hourly Rate is $85 an hour for 2 movers. This includes Protective padding, disassembly and reassembly, Dollie’s and all the proper moving supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, introduce myself and how long I’ve been doing this work. Then I will go on to explain the companies procedures and how I like to run each job, with specific details and answers to all their questions along the way. By the end of the conversation, my customers are stress-free and relieved to know that they’re in good hands. We work quickly, safely, & most importantly we stay organized.
