Heart of Texas Pumping would be the only one I would recommend for your septic needs! I had some plumbing issues and it lead to a septic issue. Emailed Ricky on a Saturday evening, had an answer back within the hour. He wanted to stay informed on the plumbing results even before our appointment. He came out to check my tank, explained in detail how everything works and that it doesn't need to be pumped. Definitely a reliable and honest company that will continue to get my business and anyone that asks me for a septic company.
Heart of Texas Pumping LLC's reply
Thank you for this detailed feedback. We always aim to respond quickly and give homeowners an honest answer, even when that means telling you a pump is not needed yet. Glad we could take care of your septic system with that kind of care, and we appreciate the recommendation to others in the area.

Ricky did a GREAT job! We are first time home owners and didn't really know a lot about our septic and he helped us understand basic care and maintenance for it. We will definitely be calling him for future septic needs.

I highly recommend Rickey Tull with Heart of Texas Pumping! Rickey has pumped a few septic tanks for my company so far, and every experience has been excellent. He is very professional, thorough, and takes the time to do the job right. One thing I really appreciate is that he includes pictures of the septic system after it has been pumped out with the invoice. Its a great way to document the work that was completed and gives you peace of mind knowing exactly what was done.Rickey is dependable, professional, and takes pride in his work.
