We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Texas Temp Masters. After hearing what we were experiencing and what the previous AC repair man had performed to fix the problem our tech quickly determined another step needed to be taken, made the repair and our unit quickly started cooling our home. He was respectful, courteous and fast in his service. If we experience any future problems, we know who to call.

The tech called & said he was on his way & arrived shortly therefore after. He was courteous & professional. He did some troubleshooting & found the problem with my microwave. He fixed it right then & there. I will certainly call again with any appliance repair I may need.

Hired on Thumbtack

I stayed home for the appointment window from 10 AM to 2 PM. As 130 rolled around, I called their office to make sure they were still coming. It went to voicemail. Outside the window at 2:10 PM, they finally called me and said that they would not be coming to the appointment. I was told by a central dispatcher that the technician had automobile problems and their vehicle was being towed and they asked if I would like to reschedule for the following day. I declined.
