The tech called & said he was on his way & arrived shortly therefore after. He was courteous & professional. He did some troubleshooting & found the problem with my microwave. He fixed it right then & there. I will certainly call again with any appliance repair I may need.

I stayed home for the appointment window from 10 AM to 2 PM. As 130 rolled around, I called their office to make sure they were still coming. It went to voicemail. Outside the window at 2:10 PM, they finally called me and said that they would not be coming to the appointment. I was told by a central dispatcher that the technician had automobile problems and their vehicle was being towed and they asked if I would like to reschedule for the following day. I declined.
