Charles totally bailed on my project. We set up dates and even up until 2 days AFTER he was supposed to show up, I tried to work with him. He kept telling me he was fixing to head over and never showed after everything was set to start. I even gave him an "out" by saying if he needed a few extra days to begin, just let me know. He never returned a phone call after that. Very disappointed and once again, left in the aftermath of dishonesty.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a job is bid, I will ask for 25% to start with materials. At the 1/2 way mark of the job I will ask for 25% more and the balance when the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are several new items now that makes working smarter. Tools and materials have greatly advanced in the past few years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Replacing cabinet doors. A lot of people realize that there cabinets don't really need to be replaced and decide to just go with doors instead. By changing the doors they basically change there cabinets.
