- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $75 per hour for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting a few important details over the phone and setting up an appointment. A consultation usually takes about 2 hours and is very in-depth. Upon arrival, I provide the client with a packet full of information and great tips for staging their home, as well as a staging report. We begin the consultation outside with curb appeal and work our way through the home, finishing in the back yard. I provide the client with a fresh set of eyes and let them know what buyers are looking for and suggest any changes necessary to improve the marketability of their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified by Home Staging Resource in 2016. I have completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification courses in the country. The HSR Certification program is accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), who is the only third-party, governing association for the home staging industry. The Home Staging Resource is the first and one of the only accredited staging training courses available for the staging industry.
