I made arrangements with Gonzales junk removal to help me with loading two storage units in Brenham Texas. Communication was good. Upon arrival to the storage unit, I realized I had a problem with both locks. The gentleman I met kindly offered to wait while I went to get a bolt cutter… I texted the gentleman to tell him I was on my way back and he responded that his boss told him to leave because for legal reasons they didn’t want to be involved in this… It was highly unprofessional of them just to walk away and not call me. I drove five hours to meet them trusting that they would complete the job. This was easily rectifiable by having them call the property manager directly and confirmed with my ID that both units belong to me. I would not recommend working with this group. There is a reason their stars are low and I was hesitant to work with them, but I gave them the chance because they were quick to respond… Never again.
