Monster tree service cut down two dead palms that did not survive the freeze from a couple years ago. Tim gave me a fair quote and timely schedule for tree removal. My wife was the only one home when they came out and the were very qualified and professional in doing the work. They evan warned her about a snake on the property as they knew we have dogs. They hauled off all debis, cleaned up and closed the gate behind them. Highly recommended!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on never having hidden fees—our prices are always upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to preform the free estimate, which will be itemized. Once the estimate is received, our customers can review it at their speed and select items on and off to match their service and bugetary goals. No money is owed until the work is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are staffed with certified professionals who meet or exceed the state’s legal requirements for licensing and insurance.
