Greg and his team should change the company name to Five Star Plumbing Plus! He earns every star. Greg came out to do some plumbing installation work for my commercial office building. He was prompt, professional and did the job in a very efficient manner. The price was extremely fair. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes for the simple repairs I do have a standard pricing such as Price to repair a toilet which consist of replacing the water control valve and flapper is $115.00 Price to change outside cut off valve to house is $195.00 Price to replace wax seal on toilet is $150.00 These are a few but before I start I would confirm price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing would be communicating what kind of plumbing problem they have. Then see if price could be given thru email or would need to come out to look at the work needing to be done.We do not charge for quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in plumbing since 1976 which I was in trade school in high school to Being in apprentice Program for 4-years which after in 1982 got my Journeyman licence In 1985 I got my Master Plumbing licence and have been involved in all phases of plumbing commercial and residential from new construction to repair. I have even been a plumbing instructor.
