Juan provides Great service, very professional and respectable. Completed the job quickly and appears to be quality work for replacing the tiles on my roof. I will use them again in the future, just wasn’t able to color match tiles but I’m more thankful that I won’t have any water leaks! Good service!

Called Juan early afternoon as I needed someone quick. Had a leak at the furnace vent pipe & when it rained my furnace would go into shut down. He came out the same afternoon, already had supplies & roofing material with him. The plywood was also rotted underneath the shingles & had to be replaced. Took him about an hour & a half, finished up, cleaned up, sent me pictures & all is well. Responsive, polite, good workmanship, reasonable pricing. Charged exactly what he said, no more. Would call again if I need to.

Spoke with Juan one day, came all the way from Needville to Bryan the following day and did roof repair. Showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would. Great job would recommend this co. and will be calling Cadeza roofing when it's time to replace roof.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no fees the price we give you it’s the final set price, we do however offer a $300 discount on a full complete roof replacement if you mention it to me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically i would set up an appointment to get know each other and see what needs to be done to ensure that his/her demands are met and then once I have that information I would start to work on an estimate schedule another appointment to let them know where we stand and finally if everything is a go we can start discussing on what type of roof components are available for that specific property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the field and I also have a bachelors degree from Texas A&M in soils and coursework relating to Construction so overall I am well qualified to complete all your roof needs.
