- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no fees the price we give you it’s the final set price, we do however offer a $300 discount on a full complete roof replacement if you mention it to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically i would set up an appointment to get know each other and see what needs to be done to ensure that his/her demands are met and then once I have that information I would start to work on an estimate schedule another appointment to let them know where we stand and finally if everything is a go we can start discussing on what type of roof components are available for that specific property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the field and I also have a bachelors degree from Texas A&M in soils and coursework relating to Construction so overall I am well qualified to complete all your roof needs.
