We requested a quote for a full roof replacement project. Contractor called us next day, scheduled a drone flight and promised a quote in the next couple of business days. Unfortunately after 3 weeks we haven't receive such quote so we are not interested in doing business with this contractor anymore. Updste: After writing this review Contractor got in contact to explain it was an unfortunate miscommunication and provided evidence of drone inspection. Based on this, I updated rating to 4 stars for my final quoting experience with this pro.

Dennis went above and beyond to rectify a miscommunications issue. His commitment to customer service was extremely impressive.
He used a new drone technology to evaluate our roof and the resulting report is much more thorough than the Eagle View reports done by the other bidders. His price is also very competitive.

I cannot say enough about the FABULOUS crews that were sent to fix my house!! They were prompt, extremely polite and very professional; I’ve never been more pleased with a contractor in my life!! Before they arrived, I was in tears. After they left, I felt like I had a new home....they left it in better shape than it was before the water damage. I can PROMISE, they went above and beyond to make me the happiest girl in earth!! I recommend them to EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our roofing inspections are FREE, which includes both drone analysis and satellite imagery that are used in determining the full scope of the project's estimate. Your satisfaction, safety, and security are our main concerns. Our bids are based on actual cost-plus basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a date is set, we prefer to physically meet with our clients on-site to discuss the project, as well as earn their trust so they're comfortable every step of the way. Moving forward, we will analyze the scope of work and prepare an in-depth, detailed estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is comprised of roofers, carpenters, trim carpenters, and engineering specialists with a combined 150 years of experience. Mid-Coast Services is owned and managed by former insurance claims adjusters with a broad range of management and adjustment expertise.
