FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard $75 service charge that covers the initial on site consultation of any issues,. Our pricing is fixed which means that when we give you a price, we stick to it. We are very transparent with pricing and do not believe in free estimates, because honestly it does not exist. Free estimates usually mean that the service charge will be hidden in the price of the repairs. We offer seasonal maintenance plans for our customers that will waive the service charge. We also offer a 10% discount for senior citizens, military members, and first responders. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the inquiry and touch base with the customer, an appointment is booked. The customer will receive a booking confirmation. On the day of the appointment when the technician is en route, the customer will receive another notification letting them know the tech is on his way. The technician will assess the customers reason for needing service, and once the problem is discovered the customer will be presented with the solution. If the customer chooses to move forward with the work, then the work is performed and the invoice is emailed to the customer. Customers are to submit payment at the time of service. A paid receipt is sent to the customer. From that point forward we hope that we have gained a lifelong relationship with each customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes with our experience. We are licensed in the State of Texas, but the only true way to train in our industry is to spend time in the field. We have over 18 years of experience in the industry, and through our training have provided thousands of customers and several companies with the highest quality of service. Each technician is licensed in the State of Texas. One Licensed Irrigator is on staff which is the highest in the State for Irrigation. We are all NDS Drainage Certified also, to assess any drainage issues and offer solutions.
