A tenant at one of my rental properties was complaining about her toilet having problems when the washer was running. G&H came out the next day and took a look. When they arrived, the tenant told them that she wasn’t having the problem anymore. They offered to run a camera through the pipes to make absolutely sure there were no problems. But I asked them if they would be willing to come back and do that if the problem resurfaced in the future. They agreed and I was not charged for the visit. Loved how they were so understanding and professional about the whole incident.
