I moved to the Texarkana area 4 years ago. I was employed at Texarkana concrete and construction. I noticed a need for quality contractors in the area and felt constricted by my employment so I decided to resign my position and get back to work doing what I do best. I specialize in wood working but I can do just about anything.

Helped out with a lot of my "to do" list, recently moved into new house. Hired him for bathroom vanity removal/install and he ended up helping install light fixtures, cameras, and plaster wall. He went to buy supplies I forgot to get. Great experience, quality work for great value. I will definitely hire again if I need any other help around the house.

Mitchell did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He arrived on time and got to work immediately. We had him install a glass tile backsplash, hang cabinets, and install an over-the-range microwave. He went above and beyond by also trimming our blinds once he tiled the window box. I will be calling him again for our future remodeling projects!

Mitchell did a great work and was very pleasant. He replaced my patio door, removed thick old texture from my kitchen, retextured and painted, installed tile, replaced soffit end caps on both stories of my house, along with various minor jobs. I am very happy with the results and the price. I will definitely hire him again.

Mitchell installed 5 ceiling fans, 2 coach lights, 2 kitchen pendant lights and repaired my fridge. He did a great job, even went the extra mile to caulk around the lights as needed and run to Home Depot for extra supplies that I forgot. We'll be hiring him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really have a system. I work on a daily rate or weekly. I don't really have an hourly rate. A good example is I can install a ceiling fan in 15 min. I'm generally 100.00 to do so. But I wouldn't charge 400.00 for a hour. So it all depends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started building custom cabinets and trim. When it got slow I'd work for remodel companies. I learned from them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All. Good, bad, mean, you name it. But every customer I meet I treat with respect because they deserve it. Usually it's just a miscommunication or misunderstanding that creates a problem. But bad experiences go both ways and I rarely have them. I try to go the extra mile so I'm used again.
