FAQs

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing so there are never any surprises on your final invoice. Here is how we structure our costs: Pricing Model: We primarily offer Flat Rates / Hourly Rates / Per-Project Quotes to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for before we begin. No Hidden Fees: Our quotes include travel, materials, and labor so the price we give you is the price you pay. Value Guarantee: While we may not always be the lowest bid, we prioritize using high-quality materials/software/tools that ensure your project lasts and provides the best return on your investment.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We strive to make your experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. Our standard process is designed to keep you informed and involved at every stage: Step 1: Initial Consultation – We start with a detailed conversation (or site visit) to understand your specific needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget. Step 2: Custom Proposal – You will receive a clear, written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and a projected timeline. Step 3: The Project Phase – Once approved, we get to work. We maintain a clean workspace and provide regular updates so you’re never in the dark about our progress. Step 4: Final Walkthrough – Before we consider the job "done," we walk through the results together to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Step 5: Follow-Up – We check back in after completion to ensure everything is performing perfectly and that you are 100% satisfied.
