Introduction: We provide full service for events, including catering, bartending, and live music. We have Le Cordon Bleu chefs who can create an event.
Budget events include local Hill Country venues if needed. We are catering from 30 to 2500 people with anything, from true Texas BBQ to German, Cajun, and Italian.
We make everything, from great summer soups to
pecan-smoked ribs, brisket, and local sausage. Everything is
hand-made.
