I contacted Edgar for a quote for sidewalk repairs due to a HOA violation. Edgar showed up promptly to take measurements and photos of the damage. However, in the photos Edgar showed me where the repairs for HOA complaint had already been completed. Unfortunately, we didn’t need his service for the sidewalk repairs but will be giving him a call for the driveway repairs in the near future.
