They came out and assessed there were multiple issues that needed to be addressed. Not only were those issues addressed, but he he didn't even charge me extra to fix the issues. Highly satisfied!

Dustyn and his crew are the greatest. My project started when I noticed a small water leak in my kitchen ceiling at 2:00AM on Sunday from a corroded/rusted galvanized pipe. I spent Sunday researching my options and calling friends for referrals. Then I found Dustyn (Texas Repipes) on Thumbtack. I sent a message to him on Thumbtack at about 1:30PM. About 30 minutes later I get a call back from Dustyn. I said WOW!!! He came by to look & estimate a complete re-pipe at 8:00AM the next morning (Monday). I said, anyone that is that responsive deserves my business. As I later found out, he is a small business owner trying to build a quality reputation in the re-piping business. His many years of experience working for a major repiper in the Houston area, gave me the satisfaction that he knows what he is doing, plus he is certified by Uponor (a USA manufacturer of high quality PEX piping, https://www.uponor.com/en-us). I am a retired engineer and experienced DIYer, so I am very particular about work being done on my home and he passed with "flying colors". For the question above, "What did you like about working with Texas Repipes?", I would have chosen all 5 (Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, Punctuality) if this app would of allowed it. I will give Dustyn 5 stars and excellent reviews all day long. His crew started on Thursday and finished on Friday after some long hard work on my 2 story home. I now have the confidence and satisfaction that my home water piping system was replaced with the BEST PEX piping (Uponor) and it was installed by the BEST installers in the Houston area (Texas Repipes).

I put the job request on, and heard from Dustyn very quickly. Explained the job I needed done and he said he would be here at 10a the following morning. He showed up at 10a as promised. He did the job and got my OTR microwave installed and looks great. Being an older house there were a couple snags along the way, He navigated those and got the job done. Will call again when the next project comes up. Highly recommend Dustyn.

Pricing always depends on the cost of materials and labor needed!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we come to the site to quote the job, we do a walk through with the customer to make sure we are all on the same page. If both parties are in agreement we will get the job scheduled. The day of the job we will do a pre-walk through to ensure we are all still on the same page, the job will be executed and a final walk through with the homeowner will be conducted to ensure satisfaction!

I started with a family owned company about 5 years ago and branched out into my own business.
