The installer was really professional, punctual, honest, and knowledgable. He was within the arrival window and had communicated an anticipated time of arrival before he arrived. He also cleaned up after himself and went above and beyond by going to the store to acquire the equipment needed to install the cameras throughout the house making sure to explain everything every step of the way.
