I can't say how grateful I am that I got in contact with Melody and Daniel. Not only did they complete four years of tax returns for me in a matter of just a couple of days, but they were so kind, respectful and professional in doing so. Less than two weeks before tax day no less! They were available to me throughout the whole process, and I would usually get a response within an hour at the very longest. I felt like my case had their full attention, and it wasn't being rushed or given a generic cookie cutter treatment or band-aid. Not once did I feel judged or condescended to for not understanding my taxes, nor for having three years to amend in the first place. They never shamed or scolded me for it, and they adapted constantly to new requirements and obstacles as we uncovered them. My taxes were a mess. But somehow, in their capable hands, my slate has been wiped clean. I'll no longer feel a drop in my gut when I get mail from the IRS. I'm finally free of this stress, and I physically feel it. Not only that, but Melody did everything she could to have any fees or penalties waived, and as a result I'm actually getting a nice refund back -- something I never would have thought was possible. Needless to say, I felt their fees were shockingly reasonable for the service I received, and I see no reason to ever attempt to do taxes on my own again when I could get someone who actually knows what she's doing in my corner.

"Houston, we've got a problem!" No you don't - not if you're using Northeast Houston Bookkeeping & Tax LLC!! There are simply not enough words to describe the amazing, positive experience with Melody and Northeast Houston. If I had just two words, however, "Miracle Worker(s)" comes to mind. At the last minute - I could not reconcile my tax paperwork and started to panic. I found Houston on Thumbtack this morning and my taxes are now done, signed, sealed, and delivered, and in plenty of time. The entire experience, from start to finish was sublime. Melody answered my initial inquiry promptly and kindly and continued to do so throughout the process. We initially spoke on the phone and not only did Melody listen, but she heard what I said. Professional, from start to finish, Melody was knowledgable, patient, and extremely organized, with an expertise in taxes matters way beyond the scope of anyone I've ever dealt with. I was initially concerned with some complicated tax issues that were way over my head, but Melody took all those concerns away" I was confident, after our first contact, that I was in very good hands!! As an added bonus, the financial outcome turned out to be 100 percent better than I ever expected, and the value of service priceless because you know that the taxes are going to be done correctly, with no stone unturned. I not only found my new tax person, but my new CPA as well!! With the kind of value that Northeast Houston offers, along with the level of service, knowledge and expertise, I saved not only money, but received the added bonus of peace of mind. It's nice to know that people with such skill and generosity of heart have my "tax back." Thank you Melody and Northeast for the your service and the gift of trust and gratitude!!

Had a pleasant experience working with Melody on filing my Business Tax returns. She was very helpful and guided me to understand all the pages of the taxes returns. Helped me understand various deductions I could possibly take. Definitely recommend my friends too. Reasonable charge, surely will hire again for any Tax related services.

My wife and I had to make a late request for taxes this year and we were very stressed about it I sent a message on thumbtack on Friday 4/12 and within minutes had a response and our return ready to go by early evening the same day.
