- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so we take the time to understand your needs and provide recommendations that fit your budget. We focus on quality workmanship, code-compliant installations, and long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes. Estimates are provided before work begins whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering information about the issue, often through photos or a brief phone conversation. Once we understand the scope, we schedule an appointment, inspect the problem, explain available options, and provide pricing before work begins. Our goal is to keep customers informed throughout the process and complete the job efficiently and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my apprenticeship through UA Local 68 and hold a Texas Responsible Master Plumber License. My training includes residential service, commercial plumbing, industrial piping systems, gas piping, water distribution systems, drainage systems, water heaters, tankless systems, code compliance, and project management. I have experience ranging from residential repairs to large-scale commercial plumbing projects.
