The number of bathrooms and bedrooms determines our pricing. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with understanding what the customer is looking for: A deep clean, a standard clean with natural products, custom clean, etc. After the customer has selected the clean they want, requested a service date and time, and how often they would like our services, Lemons & Limes Ent. will send the customer a quoted price. The quoted price will not include taxes. The customer must accept the quoted price to continue soliciting Lemons & Limes Ent services. One of our team members will send a confirmation of the requested service date. Lemons & Limes Ent. will send a reminder text the day before the scheduled clean. Once on the premises, our team members will confirm with the customer the finer details of the cleaning process before they begin the service. A Lemons & Limes Ent. team member will relay a text or an oral message after they have finished cleaning to let the customer know. The customer can expect to receive an invoice within 48 hours of the ending cleaning time. In summary, our process for working with new customers involves consultation, personalized cleaning plans, scheduling, cleaning, and follow-up. We strive to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible so you can enjoy a clean and healthy space without hassle.
