Tim explained how my septic was set up, which was really helpful being I was not aware. He also showed me some of the builders shortcuts that could cause me problems later. He was very thorough in explaining the problem I was having and what could be causing it and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very clean and tidy throughout the whole process and courteous. I would definitely use him for any plumbing issues I may have in the future and recommend him to others!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a master plumber so no junior technician here, I preform all work myself. My cost might be a little more, but you can rest assured I'm more than qualified fully legal carry 3 Millon insurance if something goes south.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked my way up in plumbing after a 26 year career in offshore oil drilling industry. I've progressed from apprentice to master RMP
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I suggest customers verify the plumber is licensed responsible master plumber for anything plumbing related.
