Plumbing: Water supply and pressure, all fixtures, drains, vents, water heaters, hydro-therapy equipment (whirlpool tubs), sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and visible gas components, lines, and fixtures. Electrical: Service entrance wiring, panels, sub-panels, branch circuits, GFCI and arc-fault outlets, all receptacles and switches, interior and exterior fixtures, ceiling fans, and visible wiring. Interior & Exterior: Walls, ceilings, floors, stairs, railings, doors, windows, fireplaces, chimneys, attached porches, decks, and carports. Kitchen & Appliances: Dishwasher, garbage disposal, range hood, oven, cooktop, microwave, and exhaust fans. Irrigation Systems: Sprinkler systems and related components. Garage: Doors and operators. Gutters & Drainage: Gutters, downspouts, and grading near the home. Thermal Imaging: Used for walls, ceilings, around plumbing, fixtures, and electrical panels to detect hidden issues.
