Introduction: Hi, I'm Ashley. I'm a 26 year old entrepreneur from Northwestern Pennsylvania. I moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex four years ago and have been training ever since. I've worked in corporate gyms and private studios but found I liked the personal connection best with in home training. I started AMPT Fitness in 2019 when I decided I could pack up a few dumbbells and medicine balls, put them in my car, and take the gym on the road. I've been lucky to have trained clients of all ages all with very different and specific goals in mind. My ultimate aim as a trainer is to create a lifestyle for my clients that can be utilized for years to come.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for me to travel to you with my equipment is $60 per hour session. The price for you to come to me is $40 a session. If you wanted to add another person to your training it is $15 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step with a new client is always to determine his/her goals. Some clients prefer just the exercise portion, while some want it coupled with nutrition. Clients might also have an immediate event coming up they want to get in shape for, or they may want a longer lasting program. Whatever the case may be, the first thing I always focus on is getting on the same page as the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm certified in fitness, nutrition, and performance training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also currently completing my golf and mixed martial arts specifications as I have been involved in both sports heavily throughout my life.
