I had a wonderful experience with Chiaki. My baby grand piano hadn't been tuned in couple of years and was in desperate need of attention. I loved, loved, loved Chiaki with Hana Piano Tuning. She was quick to respond to our need and had great communication skills. She was prompt—even a few minutes early. Once I showed her the piano Chiaki was quick to assess our needs and got right to work.
