- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When building, total sales price determines on how much your home site costs and upgrades. We also build on your lot, price psf (per square foot) determines on area you desire to build. Our pricier areas include Port Aransas, Rockport and Padre Island. When selling your home or business our Broker fees are 6%. Out of Nueces County, 7%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the service. Rather you are building, or selling & buying, we began with our first initial meeting to discuss your real estate needs. We will answer any questions you may have regarding a custom build or selling your home, and/or buying a new one.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father. He has been a Real Estate Broker/Builder since the 1980's. I began working with him at an early age in high school, and have never stopped since. He is my biggest influence and I am honored to work with him.
