We had a water leaking at 3:00 in the morning and these guys came right out and fixed the problem and removed water from the carpet and replaced the sheetrockfir us (Great service). James Holmes

Jade and Tim were outstanding to work with. My mailbox has been hit several times and I have replaced it before, but Jade and Tim went beyond just replacing it with the same structure as before. They gave me the prettiest mailbox on the block.
They will have my business for any project I have. So refreshing to work with people who do quality work at such a reasonable price AND who value outstanding customer service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer 15% off to law enforcement and firefighters and teachers and 20% to senior citizens on labor . Also this gets people confused at times when doing a Plumbing call is a set rate and Handyman Services are another rate and if doing both on one job we split the time accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new customer is no different to us than a repeat customer we treat everyone the same and do everything we can to satisfy our customers if it's not right we make it right
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have been working under a master plumber with whom works here as well for about 16 yrs on the job training as for Tim Gore he's a master plumber license in the state of Texas for about 20 yrs now and had his journeyman license for about 6 yrs before that so combined knowledge and on the job training about 42 yrs experience. Handyman Services all our lives as well
