Introduction: I grew up with my dad showing me how to be a handyman. I was always the one helping him fix what was broken in our home. He taught me the meaning of integrity, to always do the right thing even when no one is watching. So I always try to do the right thing for my customers, even when it doesn’t work out for me. Mr. Lujan installed exterior shutters and a ceiling fan in a timely matter. The shutters are even and secure and the ceiling fan is perfect! He worked hard to do a professional job with no lag time. I was very thankful.

Tom was our handy man for the day. He was very polite, courteous, and professional and knowledgable. We had a problem with our dishwasher and needed a garbage disposal installed which he was able to accomplish in a timely manner. There was a conscientious effort to leave the area he was working in better shape than he found it. Would recommend, and will be using his service again. Fast service and fair prices.

I usually explain my pricing, fees, etc face to face so there is no misunderstandings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting as much details about the job as possible, whether it be me driving out and looking for myself or having the customer send me photos of the job in question. Once I get all the info I need, I then go over the estimate with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a full time job as an apartment maintenance tech so everyday I’m honing my skills as a handyman as well as learning different ways of fixing something from my coworkers!
