- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually explain my pricing, fees, etc face to face so there is no misunderstandings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting as much details about the job as possible, whether it be me driving out and looking for myself or having the customer send me photos of the job in question. Once I get all the info I need, I then go over the estimate with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a full time job as an apartment maintenance tech so everyday I’m honing my skills as a handyman as well as learning different ways of fixing something from my coworkers!
