I recently needed to have my garbage disposal replaced, so l posted a project on Yelp. Alejandro, the owner of Simple Man, was the first to respond. After speaking with three other contractors, I ultimately decided to go with Simple Man, and I'm so glad I did!
Alejandro was professional, prompt, and more than willing to answer any questions I had. His communication was excellent, and he always got back to me in a timely manner. What impressed me even more was that he was able to send one of his workers to complete the job that very same day.
The installation was seamless, and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and I will definitely be reaching out to Simple Man again for any future home repairs or installations. Highly recommend!

Alejandro first advised me over the phone about what the problem might be but it was beyond my capability. He freed up the door cylinder but couldn’t reuse it - totally immobile with grit - so he went and got a new one then had to make do with the screws that were available. And on a weekend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing I quote is ball park +/- i like to complete my work as if it were my own, if I can do it quicker or it takes longer is where an adjustment would fit in and I apply service fee fir incidentals to my equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to customer and hear what needs to be done (if I can walk you through I will) if you would like I’ll do it the best time that fits your schedule and mine. I’ll explain the process and if we can go about it to save you money I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve actually held different workshops in the neighborhood on DIY projects around the house, I wouldn’t say I’m an expert there is always gonna be something new to learn.
