Odessa TX Process Server. At WesTex Process Service, we provide all your process serving needs. Basic Process Serving fees are flat fee rates within Ector and Midland County with no notary fees or Saturday service fees. We use ServeManager cloud-based software to manage, streamline, and collaborate with clients for all our services. We are JBCC certified and a member of the Texas Process Servers Association.
