Crystal was very punctual and ready to work. She wasn't constantly on her phone and I appreciated that too! My house is full of stuff and she was willing to work around boxes, etc. She had a calm demeanor and was willing to do any job. She cleaned my kitchen and bathroom and there were little thinks that were overlooked, but I think with time she will be fantastic! I really give her five stars for willing to tackle any job!
