FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are set at a very competitive rate given the quality of education that I bring to a client's goals. I have competed in strength sports and won every meet that I have entered. I have 17 years of coaching experience from the US Army, having trained individuals from all walks of life to become our nation's protectors. If I can train those folks to go to and win wars, I can train just about anyone to get into shape! Our prices are what they are because you're going to get the results that you want!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I first have a conversation to gain understanding of not only their goals but their personality. I want to make sure that I am the right trainer for them and they are the right client for me. Next I conduct a physical assessment that will show me where they might have imbalances that need to be addressed in order to develop a more durable body that can endure life's daily battles. This is an overhead squat assessment (weightless), a push up assessment and a 3 minute step test to gauge cardiorespiratory fitness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, MMA Conditioning Specialist, Certified Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist, and a US Army Master Fitness Trainer. I am a 2x State Champion powerlifter, a regional powerlifting champion, and placed 6th in the NC state strongman competition.
